Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or social media within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are unused, unwashed, and still have the original Pawnec tags attached before securely packing them back into their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Send the item back to our designated return center using your preferred local courier; please share the tracking number with us so we can monitor the arrival.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Resolution

  Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit refund within 3 to 5 business days.
